Ingredients
5 skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips2 peppers cut into strips, not too thin
1 red onion cut into wedges
1 tbsp of oil
Fajita Spice Mix
2 tsps Cayenne
2 tsps Oregano
3 tsps Cumin
3 tsps Garlic powder
2 tsps Smoked paprika
1 tsps of Cornish Sea Salt Chilli Hit
Salsa
3 x fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
1 x juice of lime
Small bunch of chopped fresh coriander
2 chopped spring onion
150ml Sour cream
2 x juice of lime
Pinch of Cornish Sea Salt Crystals
To Serve
2 x Avocado, mashed
Tortilla wraps
Extra lime for squeezing
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200c.
- Mix all the chicken fajitas fillings together with the fajitas mix including our Chilli Hit Sea Salt Seasoning Blend and pop into your preheated air fryer for 15 minutes, giving it all a shake half way.
- Once cooked serve in the wrap with the avocado, salsa and sour cream.
