5 x Jacket potatoes2 tbsps of veg oil
Cornish Sea Salt Crystals
Cottage cheese, chives and Cornish Sea Salt Smoked Paprika Salt
300g cottage cheese
Small packet of chives, chopped
Cornish Sea Salt Smoked Paprika
Avocado salsa
1 avocado, roughly chopped
1 fresh large tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
Small tin of sweet corn
Drizzle of extra virgin oil
1 juice of a lemon
Small packet of coriander, chopped
Cornish Sea Salt Chilli Hit
Chilli con carne filling
2 tsps of ground cumin
1 tsp hot chilli powder
1 tsp of dried marjoram
410g can of red kidney beans
1 jar of cooked red peppers, chopped
1 tsp Smokey Paprika
Cornish Sea Salt Smoked Flakes
Instructions

With a fork push holes into the potatoes and rub all over with the veg oil and Cornish Sea Salt Crystals.

Pop into the airfryer at 200c for 50mins until soft in the middle and crispy on the outside.
