Ingredients
500g Dark 70% ChocolateZest of 1 Orange
1 tsp Cornish Sea Salt Flakes
1 tbsp Hazelnuts
Pinch of Bee Pollen [optional]
Instructions
- Melt your chocolate in a bain marie and then spread onto a sheet of baking parchment.
- Sprinkle the toppings over the top and allow to cool. Once the chocolate has set break the bark into shards and serve.
- For other festive toppings try adding rose petal, pistachio and sea salt, candied fruit, sea salt and almonds or fiery ginger and sea salt.
