Ingredients
1/2 soft avocado175g Coconut Sugar
2 ripe bananas
300g Self Raising Flour
150ml Macadamia Oil
75g Rolled Oats
1 tsp Cornish Sea Salt
100g Frozen Blueberries.

Instructions
1.Mash the banana and the sugar together with the oil until it’s a smooth and even consistency.
2.Add in the Cornish Sea Salt Flakes & self raising flour and fold in until it’s incorporated evenly into the mix.
3.Mash the avocado and hand whisk into the mixture.
4.Fold through the oats and blueberries together. Saving some oats to sprinkle over the top before baking.
5.Put the mixture into a greaseproof lined loaf tin and bake for 45-55 mins at 180 degrees or until you can probe with a knife and the centre doesn’t stick.
6.Leave to cool before slicing.
