Ingredients
2kg belly pork1 tsp Smoked Sea Salt
Rapeseed oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Milled Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix the paprika, pepper & smoked sea salt.
- Drizzle the pork belly with some rapeseed oil.
- Rub in the smoked salt rub.
- Roast in the low oven (130 degrees) for 120 minutes until cooked.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest before slicing.
