Really Garlicky Garlic Bread

Ingredients

1 x ready-to-bake ciabatta
100g butter
3 crushed garlic gloves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 large pinches Cornish Sea Salt 'Really Garlicky'

Method

  1. Leave the butter out to soften and once soft, mix with the crushed
    garlic cloves, fresh parsley and Really Garlicky.
  2. Slice the ciabatta, but not all the way through, so the slices are still
    together, then generously bread the garlic butter in each slice.
  3. Once each slice has been buttered, spread any left over butter on the
    outside of the ciabatta roll, this will make it extra crispy & golden!
  4. Then bake in a 200°c / 180°c fan preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
  5. Serve whilst still warm next to your favourite pasta dish or simply by
    itself because yes, it is that yummy!
