Ingredients
1 x ready-to-bake ciabatta100g butter
3 crushed garlic gloves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 large pinches Cornish Sea Salt 'Really Garlicky'
Method
- Leave the butter out to soften and once soft, mix with the crushed
garlic cloves, fresh parsley and Really Garlicky. - Slice the ciabatta, but not all the way through, so the slices are still
together, then generously bread the garlic butter in each slice. - Once each slice has been buttered, spread any left over butter on the
outside of the ciabatta roll, this will make it extra crispy & golden! - Then bake in a 200°c / 180°c fan preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Serve whilst still warm next to your favourite pasta dish or simply by
itself because yes, it is that yummy!
