Rocket and salad leaves2 peaches, stones and sliced
4 slices of parma ham
1 burrata or mozzarella ball
For the salad dressing
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Honey
Fresh & Zesty Sea Salt Seasoning
Instructions
- Add rocket and salad leaves to a large bowl with slices of peach and some parma ham.
- Serve with burrata or mozzarella with a few sprigs of fresh thyme.
- Dress the salad with olive oil, balsamic glaze, some honey and a generous pinch of Fresh & Zesty for a sweet and salty lunchtime treat.
