Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastryBritish tomatoes
Olive oil
Cornish Sea Salt Roasting Salt
Handful of Parmesan
Chive flowers and parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Simply lay out your pastry, we've used pre-made Jus Rol and score a rectangle in the centre. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a generous pinch of Cornish Sea Salt Roasting Salt 🧂.
- Fill the inner rectangle with grated Parmesan, before laying your thinly sliced tomatoes (we've used Isle Of Wight Tomatoes) inside the lines 🍅.
- Bake until golden, approx 20 minutes at 180°c.
- Garnish with a little more oil, a small pinch of the Roasting Salt blend, chive flowers and chopped parsley and dig in!
